Interesting. The dissector *thinks* that the frame count/length pair that I
listed is what it reassembled, so that's how it calculates the useful length of
the resulting tvb.

Just speculating while I don't have the code or capture in front of me, but I
suspect the correct fix is to have reassembly fail earlier, when it encounters
a frame that doesn't match the length value it wants?
