Dummy GOOSE data generated on virtual testbed

Dummy data generated on virtual testbed running on commodity hardware. 

Data illustrates incorrect representation of unsigned 32bit integer status
numbers in Wireshark. These numbers appear to be represented as signed values
and thus show up as negative values in some cases.
