Currently, we have two separate bits of toolbar code, one for AirPcap and one
(currently) for Linux+mac80211 adapters (which could probably be extended, with
some work, to handle *BSD and, I think, OS X).  This bug presumably should
handle merging them, so that we have one set of GUI code with multiple
back-ends (AirPcap, Linux+mac80211, *BSD+appropriate net80211 ioctls, OS
X+whatever the heck the framework is called, libpcap once I find the Copious
Free Time to put all that stuff into it and provide channel-handling etc. APIs,
etc.).
