[PATCH 2/2] Wiretap: Add support for the rest of files

This patch add support for binary-files, so now Wireshark support all files. If
Wireshark does not support specific format then open it as binary file, so we
can use Wireshark as hex-viewer (editor?). Dissector try to decode simply data
types like signed/unsigned integers, etc. This can be useful to analyse files.

This patch should be applied after support for text-files.
