Potential fix

Here's at least part of a fix.

The problem is that a freed piece of memory is being accessed.  If a .chm help
file is found (which is probably the case for any released version), the
problem is avoided.   Apparently the SVN doesn't have the .chm file produced,
so it tried to load the webpage version.  In attempting to reproduce this, I
had mixed results as to how far it got before it crashed (but it always
crashed)

Not sure if this exposes another problem of SVN not producing .chm files in the
correct place.  Or if that's not part of a developers build (and only done by
buildbots because it requires software not included in Wireshark distribution)
