With that commit at a stable Getnoo x86 Linxu the compilation is broken due to
:

b/c Gentoo has both v1 and v3 of libnl installed.

reverting that commit :

+#if defined(HAVE_LIBNL1) || defined(HAVE_LIBNL2)
-#if defined(HAVE_LIBNL1) || defined(HAVE_LIBNL2) || defined(HAVE_LIBNL3) 

solves build problem here.
