IPFIX capture with type 154_155

Build Information:
Version 1.8.2 (SVN Rev 44520 from /trunk-1.8)

In IPFIX, the start and end time is represented using different type fields
from 150 to 157.

150 - flowStartsecs
151 - flowEndsecs
152 - flowStartMillisecs
153 - flowEndMillisecs
154 - flowStartMicrosecs
155 - flowEndMicrosecs
156 - flowStartNanosecs
157 - flowEndNanosecs


wireshark does not represent the start and end time value for IPFIX packets
with type 154 to 157.
