The structure of both the Config Methods and Selected Registrar Config Methods
are  the same. 

Display filters such as "wps.config_methods.pushbutton",
"wps.config_methods.display", etc are available for the different methods in
the Config methods whereas the display filters for the elements in the Selected
Registrar Config methods are found to be the same as the Config method Display
filters.

For example, in the attached packet, Push Button method is enabled under the
Selected Registrar Config method whereas Push Button method is disabled under
the Config Method. So the same packet is getting filtered when both
"wps.config_methods.pushbutton == 0x0001" and "wps.config_methods.pushbutton ==
0x0000" are applied.

Recommendation for filters to be added:
wps.selected_registrar_config_methods.pushbutton
wps.selected_registrar_config_methods.display, etc
