The H.248 PkgName property label has no ": " separator between it and the
actual package name.  Other decoded values use a ": " separator.

Example:
PkgNameTDM Circuit Package - Annex E (tdmc) (0x000d)

Should be:
PkgName: TDM Circuit Package - Annex E (tdmc) (0x000d)
