WinPcap version 4.1.2 (packet.dll version 4.1.0.2001), based on libpcap version
1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b (20091008), GnuTLS 2.12.18, Gcrypt 1.4.6, without AirPcap.

Case 1.I Can't input display filter on Filter toolbar after open a file with
small size. 1.1 I open a windows, such as "Caption option", then close it. I
CAN input display filter now!
Case 2. If I open a large size file(>10M), I can input display filter on filter
toolbar immediately. I think it is because there is a windows splashed while
opening.
