Refactoring committed in Revision 44087 of tcp_graph.c removed a
cairo_set_line_width() statement in draw_element_line() .  The loss of this
statement obscures segment related details with tcptrace style TCP Graphs
because the lines are rendered too thick.

The attached patch restores drawing with a line width on 1.0 on tcptrace style
TCP graphs.
