After an analysis the problem seem related to the "libsmi-2.dll" library
delivered. The library doesn't process the user MIB files.

The problem is still present on release 1.8.1/1.8.2/1.8.3 and also on the
development 1.9 version.
I have also run the "WiresharkPortable-1.9.0-SVN-46080.paf.exe" without
success. 

As workaround I have copied the "smi.dll" library delivered with Wireshark
1.6.11 to the "libsmi-2.dll" library delivered on the latest 1.8.x (1.8.3)
release and it seems work properly.
