print decrypted SSL application data as hexdump in ssl debug file

Build Information:
patch
--
Currently the SSL and DTLS dissectors are printing the decrypted application
data into the SSL debug file as a "string". However if a binary type protocol
is encrypted with SSL, that is often not a useful output. This patch prints it
hexdump formatted. Since the ssl_print_text_data() function was only used in
the SSL and DTLS dissector where I replaced it with the new hexdump function, I
decided to remove this function from Wireshark.
