Hi,

following the post from Susanne
(http://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-dev/201206/msg00194.html) it seems
that all but PSK encryption is disabled in the ISAKMP decoder. I will follow
her advice and recompile without the check for PSK and have a look.

However, the question remains why the check is there at all and if we can
safely remove it?
