Hi folks,

I would like to propose new diff for packet-mpls-echo.c.

This is to support new wireshark API.
 - use expert_add_info_format() instead of proto_tree_add_text() for error msg.
 - replace create_dissector_handle() with new_create_dissector_handle()

Could you please merge it into svn, if possible?
