One side-effect of the patch is that, in some cases, a decompressed IPv6 packet
will not have a data source added to it, but will have items from it put into
the protocol tree.  This causes crashes if TShark is printing hex data, and
means that if the user selects one of those items, the source of the data for
the item can't be highlighted in the hex dump pane.

*All* tvbuffs used for data in the protocol tree should be added as data
sources.

I've checked into the trunk and the 1.8 branches a fix for this.
