Sorry but I don’t understand the question. 

As we can see the Client Hello message, Server Hello & Server Hello Done
messages within the trace when using the “ssl” filter I don’t understand how
the request client certificate option of Server Hello message, could be
additionally encrypted?  However I could imagine the request client certificate
option causing fragmentation, but I’m not sure I know how to look for this.

Am I missing something in the question?
