Now that a Capture Filter column has been added to the Capture Options dialog,
not all columns are initially visible when the Capture Options dialog is
opened. The Capture Filter field is cut off and only the first few characters
are visible. One has to scroll to the right to see the entire Capture Filter
column, and then the check marks showing which interfaces are selected for
capture are no longer visible. I find myself routinely dragging the right-hand
edge of the Capture Options dialog to make it wider so that all columns are
visible without scrolling.

It would be helpful to remove this minor but annoying inconvenience by simply
having the Capture Options dialog open by default with slightly more width than
currently, so that all columns are immediately visible and no horizontal scroll
bar is activated.
