The current functionality is to pop-up an error message indicating the
following:

    (X) Capture File "Path/To/foo.pcap" identical to loaded file !!

        Please choose a different filename.

                                                     [ OK ]

So does that mean this bug can be closed now?  To me, I think it's better to
let the user know that [s]he won't get a new copy of the currently loaded file
rather than silently doing nothing.
