Built using gcc 4.4.7.

First patch adds support to recognize L2CAP PSMs, second adds Bluetooth Profile
AVRCP. Supported version: 1.5.

Patches requires: 
PATCH 12 from https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7639
AVCTP dissector from https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7675
Please look at them too.

In example you can see expected two "malformed" packet, this is expected to
show expert informations.
