As Pascal said, this is probably a WinPcap problem.  If you get windump (from
http://www.winpcap.org/windump ) and run "windump -d", does it list all the
interfaces?  If not then it's a WinPcap problem.  If it does list all the
interfaces then it's probably a Wireshark problem.  Since this is pretty
unlikely (this kind of problem is almost always in WinPcap), I'm going to go
ahead and close this as NOTOURBUG (or the closest we have).
