More like "similar to in ONC RPC, DCE RPC, SMB, and some other request-response
protocols"; TCP isn't a request-response protocol (there are link to click on
for reassembly, but that's a different matter).

Presumably you mean what, at least for some of the other request-response
protocols, is called "service response time", i.e. the difference between the
time stamps of the request and the corresponding response.

I think ONC RPC, at least, detects retransmissions.

I.e., dissectors such as the ONC RPC one would probably be the right place to
look at to see how to do this.
