All the time I only want to say that this change does not affected Wireshark
build system. It is only developer tool used to work. So this is why does not
need autotools, etc. This is separated from Wireshark structures. So maybe put
it into "plugins" directory is not good idea... (wireshark/tools/ ?)

Does plugin not working? Right. You need to disable/override internal
dissector. See attachment named "Allow to override internal dissectors by
plugins" - currently working on it, but works very well (Anyone give me good
advices?)
