PCAP with one ISUP IAM with empty Generic Number

Build Information:
wireshark 1.9.0 (SVN Rev 44383 from /trunk)

Compiled (64-bit) with GTK+ 2.20.1, with Cairo 1.8.10, with Pango 1.28.3, with
GLib 2.24.2, with libpcap, with libz 1.2.3.4, without POSIX capabilities,
without libnl, without SMI, without c-ares, without ADNS, without Lua, without
Python, without GnuTLS, without Gcrypt, without Kerberos, without GeoIP,
without
PortAudio, with AirPcap.

Running on Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64, with locale en_US.UTF-8, with libpcap version
1.1.1, with libz 1.2.3.4, without AirPcap.

Built using gcc 4.4.5.

If an ISUP IAM message contains a Generic Number with no digits, the Generic
Number parameter is only shown as "Parmeter: type 192", an error appears in the
tree: "[Malformed Packet: ISUP], Message: Malformed Packet (Exception
occurred),..." and the remaining parameters of the message are not shown.

The dissecting function for the Generic Number doesn't handle the case well if
there are no digits in the parameter.
