The Capture->Capture Filter dialog allows you to create and save capture
filters for later use. It does NOT automatically apply a capture filter to any
future capture job.
After you create a new capture filter you need to select it as the capture
filter to use. For example:
1) Open Capture->Options
2) Double Click on the interface you want.
3) In the "Edit Interface Settings" dialog clicking on the "Capture Filter"
button to the left of the text box will bring up a dialog that allows you to
select your saved capture filter.
I'd guess this interface would only be used for rather complex capture filters
that you use reasonably often (otherwise I'd just type the thing in the capture
filter box).
