Using the capture file from bug 2688, I noticed that a few packets were
dissected as FP (packet-umts_fp.c). However when I click on them, the only
"dissection" is the error message "Can't dissect FP frame because no per-frame
info was attached!".
I think the heuristic dissection should fail if it can't get the per-frame info
necessary. Presumably this is because an expected conversation didn't actually
happen.
Note that I have "Try heuristic sub-dissectors first" enabled in the UDP
preferences.
