pcap example showing conversation table problem

Exported one affected port from pcap and added it.

Note: it seems port reuse - as mentioned - may cause trouble. The conversation
table for this example shows one line entry per port-reuse. I expected one line
per port - even it was wireshark 1.6.x behavior
