Custom widget to render packet bytes view (v0)

Attaching v0 of patch which adds "lazy hex dump" widget.

Please test, and report (with screenshots) any rendering issues.
Note, it probably doesn't compile with gtk-3.x I don't have one, but I can
accept patches :)

It still lacks:
 - bitmask highlighting in bits-mode
 - horizontal scrolling
 - selection

It also lack some possible optimization:
 - caching text to render.
 - clipping
 - when scrolling we could reuse (copy) part of already rendered text.
