This patch adds two missing features to the openSAFETY dissector

- Automatic detection of SCM UDID used in the analytics. Feature is turned on
by default, but can be turned off. For better distinguision between automatic
and configured UDID's the automatic UDID's are displayed using another flag.
- Some SOD entries are displayed with name, instead of just index / subindex,
for better debugging purposes.

Of course it has been fuzz-tested and randpkt tested.

Would be really nice, if both features could make it into the 1.8 branch
