Dear all,

we already have a framework to DVB tables and dissectors for many of those
tables. The following patch adds a dissector for the Application Information
Table (AIT).

The AIT is used to signal interactive application that are broadcast in
conjuction with a TV service. The main example are HbbTV applications
(hbbtv.org).

There's nothing special in the dissector. I changed the mpeg crc function to
return the number of dissected bytes so that I can increment my offset.

I attach a simple example with AITs for two German TV channels.

Thanks for your feedback and for merging the dissector.

Best regards,

   Martin
