TShark 1.7.2 (SVN Rev 42602 from /trunk)

DTX is decoded wrongly in the SI6/Cell Options for SACCH. Even if oct is 0x2 it
will be shown as 0x0 in the decoded trace.

I have attached a RSL trace, there is only one RSL packet, please check the SI6
(last item in the decoded data), open 'Cell Options', it will be displayed as
0.00, while the data in the trace is 0x27.
