I'm marking this as "re-opened" so as to indicate that I'm working on fixing
some issues with the code (e.g., calling col_append...() under 'if (tree)').

Questions:
1. It appears that the various dissector tables "ua.opcode", "ua3g.opcode",
   and "uaudp.opcode" are not actually used anyplace. 
   Am I missing something or can the code to register these be removed ?

2. What is the intended indentation increment ? 4 columns ?  8 columns ?
