When the NodeID mask is 0x05 (bytestring), wireshark interprets the next 4
bytes as the namespace. Namespace should be 2 bytes only (see OPC UA Part 6 -
Mappings 1.00 Specification, section 5.2.2.6). Most OPC UA packets that have a
bytestring nodeid appear malformed in wireshark.

The patch attached corrects the namespace interpretation.
