The Wireshark policy is tll development happens to the SVN repository and only
bug fixes are backported to previous versions.  See:

AFAIKT the attached patch is an enhancement so isn't a candidate for
backporting.  :)

I believe the recent Wireshark development 1.7.0 release does have the updated
Opensafety dissector.
