The accompanying patch moves the changes from the openSAFETY dissectory for
version 1.7 to the trunk for 1.6. There are just two modifications made in the
code:

1. If the SercosIII plugin is not present, the sercosiii dissection is being
disabled
2. The field for the hook of the modbus dissector is mbtcp.data and not
mbtcp.modbus.data

I would appreciate if the changes could be sent upstream to 1.6, as the changes
to the Powerlink protocol dissection for openSAFETY are actually already
requested.

As always, fuzztesting and randpkt tests have been performed, and worked.

regards,
Roland
