1.4.1, with MIT Kerberos, without GeoIP.

Running on Linux 2.6.29.1, with locale en_US, with libpcap version 0.9.8, with
libz 1.2.3.3.

Built using gcc 4.3.2.

Dear all,

this submission adds the LSC (low-speed communication) resource to the DVB-CI
dissector.
For the FT_STRING, I set ENC_BIG_ENDIAN|ENC_ASCII.
Sample capture file is attached.

LSC is the part of CI/CI+ where wireshark was most useful for me. With very
little effort, I could get an overview of what's happening - and where data
transfer is slow. In other words: thanks to the Wireshark team for creating
such a useful platform.
