1.1.1, with libz 1.2.5, GnuTLS 2.12.3, Gcrypt 1.4.6.

Built using gcc 4.6.1.

Ctrl+left & Ctrl+right (Expand/Collapse) all is broken, works just as
left/right (collapses/expands one level).
