add option to save "decode as" entries

Now user will lose setting of changed dissectors if she changes profile without
saving the "decode as" entries.

Generally, The bookkeeping of changed dissectors is necessary since we don't
want to iterate all dissector tables when resetting the dissector hanldes.

Like always, please report any bugs if found.
