Just checked, its still not fixed.

The version I checked is revision 38606 autobuild as I don't have visual studio
installed at the moment.

How I did it:

1. Fresh install wireshark
2. Turn off "update list of packets in real time"
3. start a capture session (you get a screen "with waiting for capture input
data ...")
4. Turn "update list of packets in real time" back on
5. Wait for a packet to come in and see wireshark crash
