Hi,
I feel this plugin is in no shape to be checked in. I would suggest
that you start a new builtin dissector using the "cdr dissector table"
added to pcaket-gtp.c in revision 37751 using that dissector table you
will be handed a tvb containing the Cisco CDR letting the GTP dissector do the
GTP dissection(try doing "decode as" GTP(chose the second one)) then you just
need to add dissection of the Cisco stuff.
Read read readme.developer and try to use "proto_add_item()" as often as
possible.

Radius and "ftp" should be considered as a later step.
