Built using gcc 4.4.5.

Further digging (on Ubuntu 10.10, both 32 & 64 bit versions) shows that the
build generates versions of libwireshark, libwiretap and libwsutil that differ
from those specified in debian/wireshark-common.files and
debian/wireshark-common.shlibs. Changing the versions allows make
debian-package to complete, but an install from the resulting deb file does not
pick up the custom dissectors - although this may not be directly related.
