Compiled (64-bit) with GLib 2.26.1, with libpcap 1.1.1, with libz 1.2.3.4, with
POSIX capabilities (Linux), without libpcre, with SMI 0.4.8, with c-ares 1.7.3,
with Lua 5.1, without Python, with GnuTLS 2.8.6, with Gcrypt 1.4.5, with MIT
Kerberos, with GeoIP.

Running on Linux 2.6.35-28-generic, with libpcap version 1.1.1, with libz
1.2.3.4.

Built using gcc 4.4.5

This patch adds the following to the openSAFETY dissector:

- Support for dissection using ModBus/TCP as the underlying protocol
- The UDP port for both SercosIII and UDP dissection can be changed, and
changes will be applied immediately
- The openSAFETY frame will be displayed in a seperate tab in the detail view,
to make it more easily identifiable in the data stream (more or less additional
info)
- Rare condition, where a Slim SSDO is not identified correctly and the package
will be re-checked using a CRC enabled method
- Smaller identation changes


The patch has been checked with checkAPI and has been fuzz-tested.

I thought of submitting it in parts, but that would complicated matters, as I
had difficulties properly splitting it into parts.

I will also upload now test protocol captures for openSAFETY over EPL,
SercosIII and Modbus/TCP. If anyone could tell me how to get those into the
normal buildbot-menagerie, I will put them there as well.
