I've checked into the main branch a change to

    1) print a more detailed message when registration in a dissector table
fails due to the dissector table not being found

and

    2) crash only if WIRESHARK_ABORT_ON_DISSECTOR_BUG is set in the
environment.

Unfortunately, I didn't see any messages printed by the fuzz testing, so I
don't know what the real issue is here - Gerald indicates that the SERCOS III
dissector is getting loaded - so I'll have to do a little more debugging there.
 That change *does*, however, allow the fuzz testing to proceed.

I'll leave this open for my changes.
