Hi,

The changes look fine, but there are still ambiguities in the specification
between what should be string and what should be octets. I'm not an expert
here, I guess my guide is the live packets I see as part of my work with
various vendors. I suppose the vendors decide the interpretation by mutual
agreement or by looking at other core network (SS7) parameters.

What I will do though is keep providing feedback to both Wireshark and
FreeRADIUS projects as I get wiser. The latest specification version that I
know of is 3GPP2 X.S0011-005-E from November 2009. Thanks a lot, Alan D. has
updated bug FreeRADIUS 160 and checked the change in to the FreeRADIUS source
tree.

Regards,
Porus
