Thanks for the capture file.

It looks like at least 2 tags, TAG_HT_INFO and TAG_SECONDARY_CHANNEL_OFFSET,
were inadvertently removed (at least I think it was inadvertent) from
tag_num_vals[] in r36120.  Here's the change where they were removed:

In case there are others that were removed, I'm going to see if someone more
familiar with that change can take a closer look at it to be sure a proper fix
is made that includes all missing tags (which might very well just be those 2).
