I confirmed the problem exists in Linux as well (Ubuntu 11.04), and confirmed
that replacing proto_tree_add_uint with proto_tree_add_uint64 fixes it.  The
same code appears in two files, so I made patches for both.  Again, this is the
simplest possible fix.
