Wireshark 1.4.4

The capinfos tool doesn't have a command line option to simply display its
version.  It should be have one (the -v option is available and would be
consistent with tshark and wireshark; but it would be inconsistent with editcap
or mergecap as these tools use -v to control the verbosity level).
