What I did: Add a custom column "frame.md5_hash", open a file
Result: Crash
Expected: Display file

Hi!

I wanted to add a column showing a hash for each frame to identify exact copies
of a frame. However when adding a "Custom" column and setting the filter to
"frame.md5_hash", wireshark would crash. When removing the column, it displays
the file just fine. I tested this with several dumps and the results remained
as described for all of them.

Best regards!

Hek
