'Conversation' was meant to refer to a set of RTP sessions related to the
Skinny signaling session, not the speech contents of the RTP sessions.

There is no other way to apply this patch. An updated version of the
development version of Wireshark will be available once this patch is committed
to the repository. And that will happen as soon as I, or another core
developer, agrees with this patch or makes changes he thinks are appropriate.
