When you 'Colorize with Filter' a selection (either in the Packet List or in
the Packet Details panel) with a 'New Coloring Rule' you get the dialog to
create a new coloring rule for the selection Display Filter.

However, the new Coloring Rule is added as last entry, and you could not
immediately see the new rule applied because of some other rules with higher
priority.

It could be faster to do the opposite, with latest rules at the top.
